*semantic_forms* is a social LOD network and data management tool built on a web framework, itself built on SPARQL. There is also a data aggregation feature called semantic cache. The user can load or type their FOAF profile, or an instance of any OWL/RDFS class, making it easy to create RDF links, particularly to dbPedia. This is a Free software, written in Scala programming language for the Java platform. It leverages on Jena TDB SPARQL database. It is actually also a compliant SPARQL server.
