OK I'll go ask the hdt-java devs. > What different heap setting did you try? -Xmx4g -Xmx6g -Xmx7g btw the "hdtsparql" tool [1] worked fine with -Xmx4g, since wikidata.hdt seems to load 2-3G top. It's only when I use HDT with Fuseki that I see this problem. Maybe their implementation for CLI tools is different than their implementation for Fuseki. I don't know, I'll go ask them.
