There are no "actions" (verbs) on Linked Data really, only resources (nouns). They have descriptions that you can retrieve/change using generic "verbs": HTTP methods GET, POST, PUT, DELETE.
You can remodel your actions simply in terms of appending and updating resource descriptions.
