Many dbPedia data use geo: namespace:
http://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/wgs84_pos#

For instance the 2600  <http://dbpedia.org/ontology/Garden> .

As for tools, my reusable visualizer in a static HTML page detects geo:

are populated with data coming from GPS:
