Hi Sathish, I assume you've seen the documentation here https://jena.apache.org/ particularly under learn, but are after something more specific?
I'm not sure you'll find a migration plan specifically for GraphDB to Jena (you may), but fortunately given the data is RDF, at a high level the process is really just export from database one, and ingest to database two. For a POC, I'd look to export from Graph DB some or all of your existing data as nquads (either via the backup functionality or SPARQL query), and ingest the data via Fuseki. Assuming your volume for the POC is not too large, you can run Fuseki from a container and upload data via the UI. If you're looking to demonstrate other functionality (text, geo for example) / scalability / or the infrastructure on which you might deploy this, then the above advice may change. You'll need to provide more specific information on exactly what you're looking to demonstrate for people to help you further.
