There'll be Jena fix in 5.2.0:
  https://github.com/apache/jena/issues/2675

adding JenaSystem.init() in better to give the best control in complexsituations and it's cheap to call in application class loading.

In general, especially if there might be multiple threads very early on
(not the case here), it is a good idea to call JenaSystem.init().
