Hi, Still, the simplest way to do what you are asking for is to attach a remote debugger (e.g. remote configuration in IntelliJ). However to debug your Connector from the very start, you'll need to set in addition the following two environment variables:
export KAFKA_DEBUG=y; export DEBUG_SUSPEND_FLAG=y; This will "freeze" the Connect process until you attach your debugger from your IDE.
