Pls note ->
Even when i run the command as shown below (not as new-consumer), i don't
get the required result.

*$KAFKA_HOME/bin/kafka-consumer-groups.sh --describe  --zookeeper
localhost:2181  --group myGroup*

No topic available for consumer group provided

GROUP, TOPIC, PARTITION, CURRENT OFFSET, LOG END OFFSET, LAG, OWNER

any ideas on what needs to be done?
