Prefix routing functionality is there, look at setting - allowed-prefix - denied-prefix - preferred-prefix
in the smsc group, and - allowed-prefix - denied-prefix in the sendsms-user group, making sure they're consistent. You might also want to set unified-prefix in the core group. But routing using smsc-id entries is probably better to use. I don't know if setting an smsc-id route takes precendence over a prefix route though. Perhaps someone with experience of using the prefix routing could comment.
