I have recently got access to a TCP/IP link to an SMSC and I am
currently attempting to push SMSs from kannel to my mobile phone. After
speaking with a technician at the company with the SMSC I have confirmed
that all my settings are correct.

The bearerbox and smsbox start up fine and the http interface for sms
messages works fine. However, when I try to send a message I get the
following output from the bearerbox:

2001-11-26 04:32:20 [3] DEBUG: Msg object ends.
2001-11-26 04:32:22 [2] DEBUG: pdu_act_submit_sm_resp: start
2001-11-26 04:32:22 [2] DEBUG: pdu->length == 00000011
2001-11-26 04:32:22 [2] DEBUG: pdu->id == 80000004
2001-11-26 04:32:22 [2] DEBUG: pdu->status == 00000004
2001-11-26 04:32:22 [2] DEBUG: pdu->sequence_no == 00000002

When consulting the SMPP 3.4 specification. It states that the status
code of 00000004 for a submit_sm_resp is "Incorrect bind status for
given command". Is there a way to specify the bind status? I want the
session to the SMSC to be bound in transceiver mode but I don't know how
to convey this to kannel (or if it is neccessary).

Help!
