Main EMI socket closed by SMSC

Hello there,

i use Kannel with EMI IP SMSC and everything works fine up to the point
where
I receive a "INFO: Main EMI socket closed by SMSC" in the log.
After a while it works again and Kannel sends the buffered SMS, but the big
problem is that the first SMS in the buffer is lost ("DEBUG: Submit
error").

Any ideas? Is there a possibility to check from a servlet if some SMS
failed
to send with a submit error? I couldn't find any infos about a delivery
report
in the users guide.
