RE: Plus sign in URL : Tomcat sees something else !

Hi.
Just wanted to share with everyone that Dirk's solution worked.
We doubled the percentage sign in the URL when we wanted to encode something and now 
Tomcat-standalone/Win2000 gets it correctly.
