RE: Does Kannel works with Logica's SMPP 3.3?

I can bind with the port and receive-port defined by the carrier and receive MO messages from Logica's SMSC over SMPP3.3 but when I try to send a message trough Kannel it receives command_status 0x00000069 in the submit_sm_resp.  Accordingly to SMPP3.4 Spec the command_status 0x00000069 is reserved and I think it belongs to the carriers network or the Logica's SMSC software.  I'm in touch with Logica's guys in my Country to find out what this command_status means.

 

The port and receive-port are the same, as defined by the Carrier.

 

PS: Kannel is receiving and sending messages normally over SMPP3.4 to CMG's SMSC and Logica's SMSC.  My concern is about SMPP3.3.
