Get yourself a copy of Ethereal (a network sniffer) from http://www.ethereal.com/. That has support for the WAP protocol stack built in. It won't give you the WML being returned, but it will allow you to get at the WMLC which you should be able to decode. I seem to recall a decoder as part of the Kannel distribution, but I've been out of the Kannel loop for a while so I might be way off.
