Very wierd. it looks like your modem is accepting the command, but then doesn't send
the message out, nor acknowledge it, before Kannel times out. the CMS error in the end
doesn't provide any more information, as it is defined as "protocol error-
unspecified". I would hazard a guess and say this may be due to low network signal
recption, but anyway - this is a mobile problem.
