error in sending sms to smsc

Hi all,   My kannel connected to smsc using smpp 3.4. However, sendsms failed to submit sms to smsc. This is the error in log file.   2002-06-24 04:14:21 [7] ERROR: SMPP: SMSC returned error code 0x00000069 in response to submit_sm.   Any idea?.. Where can I refer error code to get more explanations about the error code.
