I am having trouble getting the DLR for SMPP
v3.4.
According to the techies at the SMSC, I need to
:
"explicitly turn on the
"registered_delivery"
in SMPP PDU during
submission"
Does anyone know how to do this, or what I am doing
wrong?
The only DLR that comes back is of bitmask 12
(8+4?), which doesn't
really makes sense to me. Seems like it is a
standard response that
the message is received and queued at the SMSC. But
what I really need
is DLR of bitmask 1 or 2, which doesn't come back
at all even after
the SM is received by the mobile. My config for the SMPP is :
---------------------------------------------
group = smsc
smsc = smpp smsc-id = test allowed-prefix = ... host = ... port = ... receive-port = ... smsc-username = ...
smsc-password = ... system-type = "VMA" address-range = "" enquire-link-interval = 30 max-pending-submits = 10 reconnect-delay = 10 interface-version = 34 --------------------------------------------- ps - Would it help if I play with the NPI and
TON?
