I assume you want a connection to dial-in and access the gateway? Think of cygwin as merely allowing you to compile Kannel into an executable file. From then on it's a windows application running on a windows machine so you don't need *nix tools like mgetty and pppd to set up an incoming connection. Depending on your version of windows you can do this by setting up an "incoming connection" and setting some sensible options for the connection. Hope this helps Kevin
