MOs are not stored in the persitant storage, only MTs are. MOs are at most queued for
delivery if the HTTP server is offline. I'm not sure how many and how often Kannel
tries to redliver the messages and when it gives up and discards the mesage. I'm
pretty sure there are configuration options to set that.

This is OK, because the Tomcat Servlet is offline.
In my kannel folder are now to files:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Sep 27 16:26 kannel.store
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 341 Sep 27 16:26 kannel.store.bak
Why is kannel.store empty the SMS is not delivered to the Servlet??
Looking in the kannel.store.bak shows:
%00%00%00%02%00%00%00%0E00491736084432%00%00%00%041234%FF%FF%FF%FF%00%00%00%0Flebst+du+noch+8%0A%D6a%B7%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%FF%00%00%00%01%00%00%
00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%01%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%FF%FF%FF%FF%00%00%009%00%00%00%00%FF%FF%FF%FF
%00%00%00%03%00%00%00%00%0A%D6a%B7%00%00%00%01
this is the correct SMS.
What must I configure for storing the SMS MO until kannel forwarded them to
my Servlet????
Thanks Marc
