Hello All Users,
I agree on setting up on only 1 kannel box.
I tried setting up 2 kannel box. It is too tedious to maintain.
Anyhow, Kannel allows to handle routing and multiple accounts.
We've been using 1 instance of kannel in our system for 9 months now anfd
everything is okei.
Except the DLR-Mysql setup. ;(. I could not get that to work! It's
configured correctly (no error/warning is displayed), but no data seems to
go in the database.
Anyhow, based on all our sms, they all go in mysql, before they are sent
out. We do our own sent or not flag.
Aside from C language, PHP has helped a LOT!
We do get an "Unsupported EMI XSer field 13" message. I guess this is from
our SMSC.
They are using UCP/EMI 3.5 and kannel is using EMI/UCP 4.0. Is this correct?
I checked out the difference of 3.5 and 4.0. And does state that XSer
doesn't come out yet.
As for our CIMD2 SMSC, Im trying to figure out the setup of tariff class,
do i just reconfigure my Kannel with the patch?
And with that build, do I add the CIMD2_tariff_class & Serv to my :
sms-service group? or sendsms-user group?
Thanks to all that helped,
Caesare
