Hi, If you've built kannel from source using gateway.tar.gz, you certainly dont need to also install the rpm. if you 'rpm -e kannel' (to remove the rpm installation) and then go back into your source dir (for gateway.tar) and type 'make install' then your kannel binaries should be installed.
of course, there maybe other ./configure options that you might need, i dont use the wap side of kannel. and yes, the latest stable source is gatway.tar.gz. wilf > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:users-admin@;kannel.3glab.org]On Behalf Of Ivone Uribe > Sent: Friday, 18 October 2002 9:56 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: WAPKANNEL Configuration_9203/openssl/Urgent! > > > Hi! > > I guess there are a missunderstanding .... when I talk about " > ./configure > --with-wtls=openssl" I'm refering to the gateway.tar.gz source, > not to the > Kannel rpm.
