redirect all requests from Kannel (wapbox) to a proxy

Is it possible to redirec all request from Kannel to a proxy?

we have an intranet and we have to pass through a proxy to access to public sites,, other question is: Is it possible to known the MSISDN's who is accessing to kannel?
