You need a working MMSC server to test the submit and download the MMS
message.
You submit a MMS message to the MMSC server via a wap gateway that can
do SAR. I am using the Kannel CVS at the moment. After successful submit
the MMS message to the MMSC server , the MMSC server will generate PAP
and send to the PPG. The PPG will the send out the MMS notification to
the MMS handset. The MMS notification will contain the URL with the
message id of the message. The handset then will download the MMS
message using the URL via wap gateway again.

Our handsets is T68i.
Submission and downloading of MMSC message size between 10 to 20 KB=> OK
Submission and downloaoding of MMSC message size 29 KB => OK
And now we have SAR support !

Can you give me a point how I can send MMS notification and how I can downloading MMS message. Any example is great appreciated.

Thanks for your replay. I've got full access to Nokia MMSC and Nokia WAP Gateway with PPG but I want to use kannel for PPG and WAP GW.
