My configuration is to get proper delivery status report on SM successfully delivered to phone:
kannel.conf: (....) group = smsc smsc = at2 modemtype = siemens_tc35 sim-buffering = false keepalive = 30 speed = 19200 pin = 1234 device = /dev/cua0 (....) group = modems id = siemens_tc35 #name = "Siemens TC35" #detect-string = "SIEMENS" #detect-string2 = "TC35" init-string = "AT+CNMI=1,2,0,1,1" <--- HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE speed = 19200 enable-hwhs = "AT\\Q3" need-sleep = true message-storage = "SM" (....) Kannel is 1.2.1. I think it works.
