Possibility to receive SMS via a vSMSC

Dear group,   is it possible to receive SMS via a virtual SMSC (e.g. the mobiles mentioned in the manual [nokia]) in the way users reply SMS�s to the vSMSC�s mobile number?   If it is possible can you please recommend a mobile phone?   All the best, Nils
