Any libxml2 for Redhat 6.2?

It is my first post, thanks for your time of attention.
 
I am trying Kannel 1.2.1. From the user manual, it requires Redhat 6.1. I can not find 
RHL 6.1, so I install 6.2. When I try to rpm Kannel, it require libxml2. I look for it 
but seems no one for 6.2.
 
My question is, does Kannel only can run at Redhat 6.1? And, if yes, can I use libxml2 
for RHL 7.2 on 6.2?
