What u need is a reliable GSM modem, for that u can use Falcom, Wavecom,
Nokia etc.

For Falcom contact
Check Products: http://www.falcom.de/e/e-produkte.html
Distributor: http://www.svipja.com

For Nokia Modem, contact any Nokia Priority Dealer in your region.
Check Products: http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,5184,2975,00.html

For Wavecom, I don't think any distributor sells it in India, have to source
them from Singapore.

This much traffic can be easily handled by single modem. If you are
expecting drastic increase in near future, then why not go for direct SMSC
connection (SME). Otherwise, later you can add more Modems to system and
increase throughput.
