We run kannel 1.3.0 on RH Linux8.0 with my sql dlr
storage. Using to connect a SMSC thru SMPP 3.3
I haven't specifeid any dlr-url in the
configuration file. I used to push sms specifying
dlrmask=7 and dlrurl=<encoded url>.
Now my problem is kannel never calls the specified
url. But the log is saying 'got DLR but could not find
message or was not interested in it'. Also the
dlrurl,dlrmask and mobile number is getting inserted
to the database. here is the part of log
