5 Digit Short code = �150 per month per network. Shared short code on a keyword switch is �200 per month. Rough outpayment on 25p is 6p (rising to nearly 12p on Vodafone for volume). Kannel can be used to access these services or you can just use a web server. Feel free to call if you want more details on this.
