To receive acknowledgment from the phone company

I need to know whether the SMS's I send are received or not. It should be very easy. In a normal mobile phone I need only to write "*n#" before the text of my message and my phone company will send me an acknowledgment SMS (with information about when it was delivered�etc).   But.... If I try to insert this code in a message send by Kannel my phone company ignores it and a message with �*n#� in the beginning of the SMS is received.   I tried it using the "header" variable in the "sms-service" group configuration too, but it doesn�t work either.   Any ideas?   F�lix
