This is a 7bit encoded message with the headers still attached. The
header is basicly everything before AF17, so without the header this is
what's left:

AF17140A0AC27742990BB67B4EA1CC1D34269BD17643D88EF89681AE4128E808954E77C5210D0693CDCCB1F14C6CBBC966B49D11B63B9EE7EDC8192E9FEFA8683A1DAE7BBDEE61B8EB2D7BBBD96977D9452EBF76DA7B18EEB2A7C3E7B49B5E96AFDF6D17B9BC63EE9A3B1008

All you have to do now is decode it:

//PP Ap;B2.0;OSPL;P1234;C0;Do2 WAP
GPRS;EC40023f1c3b67234;F0;Ggsmgprs;Thttp://wap.o2online.de/;Zwap.viaginterkom.de;L;M;

On a similar note, I'm still looking for a way to send settings with
connection type analogue, instead of ISDN.. So if anyone knows more,
please let me know.

Regards,

Roger
