some time ago I saved a list from http://www.nobbi.com/netw_country.htm.
Another source is http://www.gsmnetze.de. Both German sites, but also
for English speakers it should be easy to find the information.

For the latest networks - a complete list with launch dates is
maintaines by the GSM Association. See
http://www.gsmworld.com/membership/networks_complete_page.html (> 300
kB). There you find (by searching for "2002" or "2003") the latest
networks that may be missing in the above mentioned lists.

Last but not least: http://www.google.com displays you what you look
for, if you just enter MNC MCC GSM. And maybe the name of the particular
network you need.
