Hi Alex, some time ago I saved a list from http://www.nobbi.com/netw_country.htm. Another source is http://www.gsmnetze.de. Both German sites, but also for English speakers it should be easy to find the information.
For the latest networks - a complete list with launch dates is maintaines by the GSM Association. See http://www.gsmworld.com/membership/networks_complete_page.html (> 300 kB). There you find (by searching for "2002" or "2003") the latest networks that may be missing in the above mentioned lists. Last but not least: http://www.google.com displays you what you look for, if you just enter MNC MCC GSM. And maybe the name of the particular network you need. Regards, Bernd.. -- Its Radio-Time!
