Hi Chandana, It seems CMS Error: 500 isnot due to a single particular reason (i.e. there are several things that might generate this error message). So it might be difficult to explain the cause to your problem.
Things that I noted might cause CMS Error: 500 1) Mistake (wrong digit) in smsc center nbr. 2) Whitespace in front of destination nbr. Have you make sure a correct smsc center nbr in your conf ? Please note that even with wrong smsc center nbr, you will still have "AT SMSC successfully opened" in log. Also have you try not using the "+ country code" when sending SMS ?
