hi robin, This is a task which can be simple as well as complex.
**Simple** There are some tools that can be used to accomplish this. Use http://ringtonetools.mikekohn.net/ **Complex** Write programs that parse the RTTTL and convert the parsed rtttl to Nokia Smart Messaging Spec 3.0 format. One of the PERL parsers can be found in here http://search.cpan.org/author/CMANLEY/SMS-Ringtone-RTTTL-Parser-0.07/lib/SMS /Ringtone/RTTTL/Parser.pm OR Write your own one like i did in Java. believe me, java one is real pain. So better go for PERL ones or better call the mikekohn proggie. NOTE - If you are good in C, you can extend mikekohn's tool and make it better.
