Hi Alexandre,

Kannel's smpp interface does comply with the SMPP 3.4 specification for
SMS validity time stamping using absolute time stamps. The trouble is
that you must be in-sync with SMSC (time-wise) and the SMSC must also
correctly support the SMPP specification.
