Hello I'm trying to receive chinese characters from mobil phones. I'm using kannel 1.2.1 and an SMPP connection to the SMSC.
I can send chinese characters to mobil phones. what happens is that when a mobil phone sends chinese characters that have %00 in the correspondent unicode number, kannel is converting it to %40. I've checked the output and it seems that the bearbox receives %00 but the SMS box sends %40 to the application server Can someone help me on this? Did anyone had this problem?
