Cannot find SMSCConn

OK I know this is a stupid question, and I should really know the answer, but here goes.
 
I've got multiple SMSCs configured, and when I receive a message on one, smsbox tries to reply and fails with:
 
 WARNING: Cannot find SMSCConn for message to <+44xxxxxxxxxx>, rejected.
 
There's something really obvious I've forgotten to do in my config file, can remind me?
