Hi,
We're experiencing problems with one particular
SMPP SMSC, with random characters being added on the end of messages. They've
tracked it down to an incorrect character set encoding.
They reckon our DCS value is set wrong, and it
needs to be 0x00 or 0x11 for Latin15, or 0x01 for IA5.
I've looked at iconv on the system, and can't see
Latin15 or IA5 anywhere in there. Any suggestions?
