To answer the question in the subject, .cfm files are Cold Fusion scripts. Dynamic pages (or other files), like php, asp, etc. The script can actually return any content-type. Here, it actually returns an HTML "page not found" page.
but the phone I am using (Motorola Timeport) returns with "Unsupported Content Type".
where can I see which content types Kannel can handle? Or is this phone specific?
This is phone specific, but indeed most older WAP phones do not support plain HTML...
