in SMPP, if kannel sees 00, it convert it to + automatically. TON should
have been set as 1.
in AT, again kannel handles it well, 00 and + are treated equally.

Subject: International Prefix

Hi all,

Can I send the international number with '00' as international prefix
instead of '+'?
Does kannel handle all these when sending out the message?

Thanks
