Hello,
I have a kannel running in the US. I use an
Ericsson handset as an smsc. When I get a message with UDH, the format is kind
of URL encoded ("%06%05%04..."). When I use the same kannel outside of the US I
get the UDH as a plain string ("060504..."). Is the UDH encoding dependant on
the network used, or is it configurable somehow?
