I am having a problem when messages become queued and are waiting to be sent. The modem is busy sending messages off the queue as fast as it can. From looking at the logs, it seems as though when a message is received from the GSM network, the modem begins to fail: the messages come off the queue and the failed counter increases.
I am using the Wavecom Fastrack modem and Kannel 1.3.1-4 (Debian-Woody Package). I can reply with my log file if anyone is willing to help out. I would rather the modem not bomb when this happens. I assume I am doing something wrong or could configure it differently. Otherwise, is there a way to figure out which messages go straight to the "failed" count so that I can resend them?
