I have a problem in connecting to a SMSC that use SMPP protocol (they claim to be V34 compliant) this SMSC was developed by third party vendor who perhaps developed from scratch and follows SMPP V34 specs. The developer of the SMSC said that we are sending bind message too much, but I have nothing to do to solve because the kannel look like trying when there is no response from opposite.
