The billing has nothing to do with kannel.

That kind of service is often called "premium service" and you will have to make an agreement with the mobile operators on your region to do that.

That kind of setup usually involves a "short number" (like "1234", "7777", etc.) and the cost of sending a message to one of those numbers is usually higher for the client (here in spain, there are lots of those numbers and the regular price is 0.90 � +VAT compared with the 0.10 - 0.15 � for a regular mobile to mobile message).

I�m working on an application where we will need to be able to bill the receiver of an SMS (we�re using SMS as the billing system). We�re using Kannel as the SMS gateway but I don�t know how to tell Kannel to tell the SMSC to bill the receiever. Is it even possible to directly tell Kannel to do this or is this done through some sort of header flag? Any help much appreciated!
