I am having binary messages across different telcos. Is there anything special that I should be setting in Kannel to send the message correctly?
I am using wavecom modem with kannel 1.2. With this telco's sim card, I can send the picture message out and receive correctly when sending to another sim card of the same operator. But when sending to another operator, the message is received as individual Messages(MT) with symbols.
Does anyone have a similar problem? Do we have to do anything special to the hexadecimal string for different operator? I am creating the udh as specified by nokia smart messaging faq specs.
