i'm having this problem too on nokia 30. my company has bought 3 new nokia 30. i have successfully set one modem for incoming/outgoing with no problem. with the same configuration files running on different machine, 1 of them behaves like this. the other one (connected to a usb-com converter), can not successfully send sms longer than 20 chars.
i have read kannel's mailing list archive for similar problem, but found nothing that solves the problem. hope somebody can direct me to possible solution on this. best regards, Agastiya S.
