SMS Gateway configuration

Hello friends, i'm just installed Kannel on my linux box (mandrake 10). I want to configure this for sending sms by an html page. I have modified the kannel.conf, but when i run bearerbox....i got the error message "unable to set SMS wrapper" or something similar.....it seems to be a difficult modem communication.   The phone that i'm using is a Motorola Timeport...can you help me with a sample configuration, please?   Thanx to all   Francesco Russo
