I have to do an application to send SMS to mobiles. I've thought of usign Kannel as SMS (and WAP for WAP applications) gateway but which software could I use to do the application? could you give me some orientation please?
I've been searching for, and I've read about JavaSMS SDK (althought it is at least 400$) and I've readed that it could be done with Visual Basic but maybe I need some library, isn't it?
I would be very grateful if you could help me.
