One of my SMSCs is sending optional parameters. I'm getting the following
error:

Is this normal? As I see from the SMPP 3.4 specs (section 3.3), this should
not be reported as an error, but simply ignored by Kannel (or should I be
the one who ignores these?):
- The SMPP entity receiving a message which includes Optional Parameters
shall first inspect the Tag field of the Operational Parameter, as follows:

- If the Optional Parameter Tag is unrecognized or unsupported by the
receiving SMPP entity, that particular Optional Parameter shall be ignored
and the next Optional Parameter in the sequence shall be processed.
