Dear the originator of SQLBox,

Based on your post you said using, the sqlbox helps as the SMS is deleted
from the dlr table as soon as a final delivery status report is received by
Kannel. I've been finding that SMS are being automatically deleted from the
mysql dlr table, so when I read your post to Amol, I assume from your
experience this the best way to solve it.

>From http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg03183.html I've read
you FAQ.
You indicate that bearerbox-is-sqlbox = true should be added to smsbox.

However, the patch is not included in the CVS as otherwise I would not
receive the error from the latest CVS (when I run beared box with
bearerbox-is-sqlbox = true in smsbox): Group smsbox may not contain the
field 'bearerbox-is-sqlbox'

1)Please will you email through the latest production patch with
instructions on how to use it, as I'd like to give it a try with the latest
CVS. Or is there a configuration option that you need to set, when you
compile?
2)By the way does this slow down Kannel sending SMSs?
3)As far as I understand from the FAQ, you set the id in sqlbox to
correspond to the id in group = mysql-connection and kannel does not use the
dlr table and automatically creates the tables based on the table names in
the sqlbox group and connection details in the mysql-connection. Does it
also use the same fields as the standard dlr table, or have you added extra
fields?

Thanks
